How long does my order take to ship?

We hate to say it, but it depends. Looking for a rush order of a hundred and one amazing cups to be at your doorstep in two days? We’re fast, but we’re a small crew. We would need more time for bulk orders. But for a small order, you can expect a faster delivery of one week for custom orders. Even faster if you purchase an item already in stock.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time. But if you’re insistent, let’s chat. We’d love to see Buttercup sail across the ocean!

What is your return policy? 

We count on customer satisfaction and marketing by word of mouth. If we’re not 100% satisfied with a product, we won’t ship it. If you’re not 100% with a product, reach out. Your opinion matters!
